Summary

We are building an AI product that connects to HubSpot and reads its underlying configuration — objects, properties, workflows, pipelines, and associations. We need a HubSpot expert who can give us 2–3 technical deep dive sessions covering everything we need to understand before we build. Sessions we need covered: Session 1 — Metadata and export. How to export all HubSpot metadata — properties, custom objects, pipelines, workflow definitions, associations. What APIs are available. What can and cannot be exported programmatically. Where the limits are. Session 2 — Object model and underlying structure. How HubSpot's CRM object model works. Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets — how they relate. Custom objects, associations, and how properties are typed and stored. How this compares structurally to Salesforce for someone coming from that world. Session 3 — Admin management and configuration. How HubSpot admins manage the CRM day to day. Workflows, sequences, pipelines, permissions, integrations. What admins control vs what developers control. Where the complexity lives in a mature HubSpot org. This is a paid engagement. Sessions are approximately 60–90 minutes each, recorded for internal reference. We are a technical team building in this space so depth is more valuable than breadth. Future product engagements will be evaluated based on these sessions. What we need from you: HubSpot Solutions Architect or senior admin background Deep familiarity with HubSpot APIs and metadata layer Comfortable explaining object model and admin workflows to a technical audience Experience with HubSpot Enterprise preferred Engagement type: Fixed price · 2–3 sessions · 60–90 minutes each Budget: Open to proposals
