HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist Summary We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our HubSpot setup, automation, and marketing operations. This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who understands how to structure HubSpot around real business workflows, improve automation reliability, and build systems that sales and marketing teams can actually scale with. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working inside existing HubSpot environments, identifying gaps, troubleshooting broken workflows, improving CRM structure, and optimizing email automation and reporting. Responsibilities CRM Setup & Administration Manage and optimize Contacts, Companies, Deals, Pipelines, Properties, and Lifecycle Stages Configure custom properties, lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and pipeline automation Improve CRM structure, data consistency, deduplication, and operational workflows Build dashboards, reporting systems, attribution tracking, and pipeline visibility Audit and troubleshoot workflow issues, sync conflicts, enrollment problems, and reporting gaps Align HubSpot configuration with actual sales and marketing processes instead of default setups Support integrations with third-party platforms and automation tools Marketing Automation & Email Operations Build and optimize workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, re-engagement, and lifecycle automation Create and manage email campaigns, sequences, templates, forms, and CTAs Configure behavioral triggers, segmentation rules, and automated customer journeys Monitor automation performance, email engagement, deliverability, and conversion tracking Improve existing automation logic for scalability, maintainability, and reporting accuracy Support ongoing marketing operations across HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot as a CRM Setup Specialist, HubSpot Administrator, or Marketing Automation Specialist Strong understanding of HubSpot object relationships, property management, workflows, and pipeline logic Experience building scalable CRM structures, automation systems, and operational reporting Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot environments built by other teams or freelancers Experience working with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Professional Marketing Automation Strong expertise in workflows, email automation, sequences, and lead nurturing systems Experience building segmentation logic and behavior-based automation Understanding of email performance metrics, campaign tracking, and automation reporting Strong attention to detail, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with integrations, APIs, Zapier, or connected automation platforms Nice to Have Experience stabilizing or cleaning up complex HubSpot accounts Knowledge of B2B SaaS, RevOps, or demand generation workflows Experience managing multi-pipeline or multi-brand HubSpot environments HubSpot Certifications Application Requirements Please include relevant HubSpot work samples with your application.
