HubSpot CRM & Recruiting Automation Expert (LinkedIn + Browser Automation)

We're building a recruiting CRM. We receive candidates from LinkedIn Job Postings and from LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead lists. I need everything automatically imported into HubSpot, organized, and followed up automatically. What We Need We need someone that can build one complete recruiting system. The system should: Source 1 LinkedIn Job Applicants ↓ Automatically capture Name Email Phone Resume LinkedIn URL ↓ Create contact in HubSpot Source 2 Sales Navigator lead lists ↓ Import CSV ↓ Create HubSpot contacts ↓ Start follow-up Everything should end up in HubSpot. HubSpot Pipeline The pipeline should simply look like this: New Applicant ↓ Contacted ↓ Interview Scheduled ↓ Interview Completed ↓ Moving Forward ↓ Pre-Licensing ↓ Exam Scheduled ↓ Licensed ↓ Onboarding ↓ Active Agent If they fail: Exam Failed ↓ Follow-up ↓ Exam Rescheduled ↓ Licensed Automations HubSpot should automatically: Send emails Send SMS Remind us to follow up Track every candidate Tell us who hasn't replied Tell us whose exam is coming up Tell us who failed Tell us who passed Tell us who needs onboarding The goal is that almost nothing is tracked manually. Who Should Apply I'm looking for someone who has experience with: HubSpot CRM HubSpot Workflows HubSpot API Browser automation (Playwright preferred) Chrome extensions (preferred) API integrations Recruiting automations Timeline This is important. I want someone who has done this type of work before. I'm looking for someone who can deliver the first working version in 3–5 days.
