HubSpot CRM Setup & Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to build and organize our CRM for a healthcare company that operates an adult day program and home health services. The HubSpot account already exists, but it needs to be properly configured for enrollment, outreach, Medicaid tracking, caregiver recruitment, tours, follow-up, and reporting. Scope of Work * Review our current HubSpot account and clean up any old or unused setup * Build a custom enrollment pipeline for our adult day program * Build a caregiver hiring pipeline * Create and organize custom contact and deal properties * Set up lead stages and follow-up tasks * Create dashboards for management and staff * Build reports for: * New leads * Calls made * Tours scheduled * Tours completed * Applications sent * Medicaid status * Enrollments * Caregiver applicants * Create basic automations and reminders * Connect forms, email, calendar, and Facebook leads if supported * Set up user permissions and team access * Create a simple SOP or training guide for staff * Train our team on how to use the system Experience Required * Strong HubSpot CRM experience * Experience building pipelines, properties, reports, dashboards, and workflows * HubSpot Starter experience preferred * Healthcare, home health, senior care, or admissions experience is a plus * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to explain the setup in simple terms Deliverables * Fully configured HubSpot account * Adult Day Enrollment Pipeline * Caregiver Recruitment Pipeline * Custom properties and organized contact records * Dashboards and reports * Basic automations * Staff training guide * One live training session To Apply Please send: 1.
