HubSpot CRM Specialist Needed for Sales + Marketing Operations

We're looking for a HubSpot CRM specialist who can improve the technical side of HubSpot and help the sales team use it correctly. This role is a mix of HubSpot administration, CRM operations, light RevOps consulting, and reporting support. The right person should be able to make dependable updates inside HubSpot, identify areas for improvement, recommend the right tools and workflows, and help make sure lead, pipeline, and KPI data are trustworthy. We're not looking for a content writer or campaign strategist. We're looking for someone who understands how HubSpot should support a real sales and marketing team inside a growing small business. What you'd help with: - Review the current HubSpot setup and recommend practical improvements - Improve contact/list quality, lead ingestion, and source tracking - Tighten UTM, lead source, and attribution visibility - Improve pipeline stages, saved views, dashboards, and reports so leadership can actually use them - Make careful updates to properties, lists, reports, workflows, email flows, pipeline automations, and settings - Help make sure connected tools like phone systems/forms are feeding HubSpot cleanly - Coach the sales team on day-to-day HubSpot usage and simple process habits - Recommend what should live in HubSpot vs another tool or automation layer Must have: - HubSpot admin or consulting experience in active sales environments - Strong CRM data hygiene, pipeline, reporting, and workflow judgment - Comfort making HubSpot updates directly and carefully - Ability to explain messy CRM problems in plain language - Experience helping small businesses get more value from HubSpot without overbuilding - Clear async communication and practical documentation habits - HubSpot Marketing Pro + Sales Pro experience Nice to have: - Home services, construction, or high-ticket B2C experience - RingCentral or call-tracking experience - Experience training sales teams that underuse or inconsistently use CRM tools - RevOps perspective on source tracking, KPI readiness, and pipeline accountability To apply, please send a 5 minute Loom video introducing yourself and experience, and walking through a HubSpot cleanup or CRM improvement project you led.
