Drizzle Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency seeking an experienced HubSpot consultant to help optimize and configure our existing HubSpot instance. We are already actively using HubSpot and have our core data in place, but we need an expert to help us improve our setup, streamline processes, and build a stronger foundation for sales and marketing growth. What We Need HubSpot CRM & Pipeline Configuration Audit our current HubSpot setup Review and optimize deal pipelines Improve lifecycle stages and lead management Configure properties, views, and reporting Create scalable processes for our growing agency Sales Hub Setup Optimize sales workflows and automation Configure deal stages and sales processes Improve task management and follow-up systems Establish best practices for pipeline management Recommend improvements for sales visibility and forecasting Email Marketing Configuration Review and improve email setup Configure templates and automation where appropriate Improve contact segmentation and list management Ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities Strategy & Consulting Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities Recommend best practices based on agency and professional services experience Provide guidance on scaling HubSpot as we grow Help us establish clean processes and governance Ideal Experience 2+ years HubSpot implementation and consulting experience HubSpot certifications preferred Experience with agencies, professional services firms, or B2B businesses Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales operations, and marketing automation Ability to provide strategic recommendations, not just technical execution Please include: A brief overview of your HubSpot experience Relevant certifications Examples of similar HubSpot optimization projects Your hourly rate Your availability over the next 30 days We're looking for a partner who can help us get more value from HubSpot, improve sales processes, and create a scalable system that supports future growth. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and tactical — able to guide our setup as well as implement the changes.
