HubSpot + Constant Contact Email Marketing Migration Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Marketing Hub and Constant Contact specialist to help us transition our email marketing operations from Constant Contact into HubSpot. This is not a simple list import project. We need someone who can help us think through the right structure, setup, and long-term process for managing email marketing in HubSpot. We currently use Constant Contact for email marketing and are moving email sends, one-off marketing emails, and ongoing communication management into HubSpot. This includes both our own agency/company email marketing and client email marketing, so list management, segmentation, subscription types, sender domains, permissions, and deliverability need to be handled carefully. What we need help with: - Audit our current Constant Contact setup, including lists, tags, segments, templates, and email history - Recommend the best HubSpot structure for managing both internal/company emails and client emails - Help define list architecture, subscription types, naming conventions, and segmentation rules - Support the export, cleanup, and import of contacts from Constant Contact into HubSpot - Ensure contacts are mapped correctly and organized clearly in HubSpot - Help determine how to manage multiple audiences, client groups, and email types without creating confusion or compliance issues - Review and support email sending domain setup, authentication, and deliverability best practices - Create or recommend an email warm-up plan as we transition sending activity into HubSpot - Migrate or rebuild key email templates as needed - Help set up reporting so we can track email performance in HubSpot - Provide clear documentation and/or a short training session so our team can manage this properly going forward Must-have experience: - Direct, hands-on experience with both HubSpot Marketing Hub and Constant Contact - Experience migrating email marketing programs from - Constant Contact or similar platforms into HubSpot - Strong understanding of HubSpot lists, active lists, static lists, subscription types, marketing contacts, email domains, and campaign organization - Email deliverability experience, including DNS authentication, sender reputation, warm-up planning, bounce management, and list hygiene - Experience working with agencies, multi-brand organizations, or companies managing email marketing for multiple clients is strongly preferred - Ability to make strategic recommendations, not just complete tasks Ideal outcome: At the end of this project, we should have a clean, scalable HubSpot email marketing setup that allows us to confidently manage our own email sends and client-related email communications without messy lists, unclear permissions, deliverability issues, or confusion around who should receive what.
