The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations. Responsibilities: 1. Audit and optimize our existing HubSpot setup. 2. Configure and maintain CRM properties, pipelines, and workflows. 3. Build and improve marketing automation campaigns. 4. Create custom reports and dashboards. 5. Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages. 6. Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms. 7. Support sales and marketing teams with process improvements. 8. Provide recommendations for best practices and scalability. 9. Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and data quality concerns.
