Position Description: We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Enterprise Security & Optimization Consultant to assess, optimize, and strengthen our HubSpot Enterprise environment. This engagement includes reviewing platform security, CRM governance, user access controls, data quality, Salesforce integrations, automation, and overall platform configuration. The consultant will provide actionable recommendations and implement approved improvements to ensure the platform aligns with security, governance, and operational best practices. Major Areas of Responsibility: Conduct a comprehensive security and governance assessment of the HubSpot Enterprise environment. Review user roles, permissions, teams, and administrative access controls. Identify security risks, excessive permissions, and configuration issues. Evaluate CRM structure, data quality, duplicate management, and reporting readiness. Assess HubSpot and Salesforce integration configuration, synchronization settings, and field mappings. Review email synchronization settings, governance, and visibility controls. Evaluate automation, workflows, reporting, and overall platform utilization. Recommend practical improvements that enhance usability, security, and maintainability. Implement approved configuration changes and remediation activities. Document findings, recommendations, implemented changes, and future optimization opportunities. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience. Demonstrated experience administering HubSpot Enterprise. Strong knowledge of HubSpot security, permissions, roles, teams, and governance. Experience conducting HubSpot security and governance assessments. Experience supporting Salesforce and HubSpot integrations. Strong understanding of CRM data governance and data quality best practices. Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot workflows and automation. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a secure remote Cloud PC environment. Reliable internet connectivity and ability to comply with company security requirements. Optional Nice to Haves: HubSpot certifications. Experience working within regulated or compliance-focused industries. Previous experience performing CRM optimization or assessment engagements. Experience developing CRM governance frameworks and best practices. Financial services or fintech industry experience. Contract Details: Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Remote) Estimated Engagement: 40 to 50 hours Work Environment: Work will be performed through a company-provided Cloud PC. No software installation on personal devices is required.
