HubSpot Expert — Build Custom Object + Auto-Population Workflows (Enterprise portal)

Summary

We're a digital marketing agency looking for a senior HubSpot expert to build a custom object and its automation inside our client's HubSpot portal. Our client is a B2B smart-parking technology company running HubSpot Enterprise across all hubs. We have a fully documented build spec ready, so this is execution against a clear plan, not discovery. What you'll build A custom object (one record represents one person's attendance at one in-person event), with a defined set of properties and dropdown values we will provide. Associations between the custom object and the standard Contact, Company, and Deal objects, with association labels. Workflows that auto-populate the object so the client's team isn't doing manual data entry: mapping incoming event-registration data (Eventbrite integration is already firing events into the portal) into new custom-object records, plus a documented procedure for importing badge-scanner data that has no direct integration. A short test pass (create sample records, confirm associations and field mapping resolve correctly) before handover. What we provide A complete written schema spec: every field with its label, type, permanent internal name, and dropdown options. The list of associations and labels to create. Context on the existing Eventbrite integration and the manual badge-scan import. A single point of contact (me) for questions and approvals. What we're NOT asking for in this project (may be separate future work): dashboards, custom report building, the broader attribution model design, or any data-model changes beyond this object. We'll handle scoping those separately. Important constraints This is a live client production portal. Internal property names are permanent once created and the object is awkward to remove, so the work must be done precisely against the approved spec. No experimentation in the live portal. You will be granted time-boxed, scoped access for the duration of the build and access will be revoked on completion. The build is held until the client's data-migration window clears (early-to-mid June). We'll confirm the start date with you. Must-have qualifications Demonstrable experience building HubSpot custom objects on an Enterprise portal (not just using existing ones). Please describe a specific example. Strong HubSpot workflow automation experience, including the "Create record" action and property mapping between objects. Experience with object associations and association labels. Comfort working from a written spec on a client production system with appropriate care. Clear written communication and responsiveness in your timezone overlap with US Pacific. Nice to have Experience mapping Eventbrite (or similar event-platform) data into HubSpot via workflows. Familiarity with HubSpot custom report builder / Datasets (relevant for likely follow-on work). HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hot, Data Integrations, or Architecture-level). Experience supporting agencies as a white-label contractor.
