HubSpot Implementation & CRM Automation Specialist (Part-Time / Contract)

Rogers Systems Solutions is a CRM implementation and automation consulting firm focused on helping clients optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel. We are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to assist with client onboarding, CRM configuration, automation buildouts, reporting, and documentation. Responsibilities: * Configure HubSpot properties * Create and optimize pipelines * Build workflows and automation * Create reports and dashboards * Manage contact imports and data cleanup * Test implementations * Record Loom walkthroughs * Document solutions Requirements: * Previous HubSpot implementation experience * Understanding of lifecycle stages * Experience with workflows and automation * Strong communication skills * Ability to work independently Preferred: * HubSpot Certifications * Experience with Zapier or Make * RevOps experience This role will begin on a project basis with the opportunity for ongoing work as our client portfolio grows.
