See attached for the full description of work. We are looking for a senior HubSpot implementation partner who can help us stabilize and complete a complex, in-progress HubSpot rollout. This project includes CRM architecture, data modeling, RevOps/CSOps workflows, Service Hub/support desk structure, marketing and customer communication infrastructure, automation, reporting, and implementation sequencing. We are not looking for someone who only takes isolated tasks and builds in the background. We need someone who can work directly with our leadership team, join live working sessions, help us make architectural decisions, explain tradeoffs clearly, recommend best practices, push back when needed, and then help implement the agreed-upon solutions. Key deliverables include: * Stabilizing our HubSpot architecture * Finalizing object, subscription, product, lifecycle, ownership, and association structures * Improving Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, and Support workflows * Clarifying communication segmentation and subscription types * Supporting Service Hub, knowledge base, chatbot, and routing decisions * Identifying practical automation and AI opportunities * Creating a clear implementation roadmap with milestones through our July 31, 2026 rollout deadline We work collaboratively and move quickly, but we also need help bringing order and sequencing to the implementation. Strong communication, patience, strategic thinking, and hands-on HubSpot expertise are essential.
