HubSpot Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to support ongoing implementation and maintenance of a clean, scalable marketing and sales system. This role is focused primarily on execution and system reliability, not high-level strategy creation. You will work alongside a RevOps lead who will provide direction on structure, priorities, and workflows. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working inside an existing system. This is an ongoing opportunity with consistent weekly work for the right person. Specific workflows, KPIs, and documentation will be shared during onboarding as part of an established marketing operating system. Scope of Work CRM & Pipeline Support -Maintain clean HubSpot pipelines -Ensure leads are properly captured, assigned, and followed up -Maintain lifecycle stages and tagging structure -Ensure deals move through pipeline correctly Workflow Implementation -Build and maintain simple workflows -Implement confirmation emails and follow-up sequences -Troubleshoot workflow issues -Ensure automations run reliably Forms & Lead Capture -Connect website forms to HubSpot -Test lead routing and notifications -Ensure contacts populate correctly QA & System Maintenance -Monitor CRM health -Identify tracking gaps -Perform periodic system checks -Maintain data consistency Collaboration -Work within an existing system structure -Follow clear direction and SOPs -Communicate proactively about issues -Help maintain an organized, scalable CRM environment Requirements -2+ years HubSpot experience -Experience building pipelines and workflows -Experience implementing forms and email sequences -Strong attention to detail -Comfortable implementing predefined systems -Strong communication skills -Ability to document work clearly Nice to Have -Experience supporting small business or agency clients -Familiarity with B2B lead flows -Experience working with RevOps or marketing operations teams -Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and structure -Experience working asynchronously with remote teams To Apply, Please Include - Brief summary of your HubSpot experience - Example workflows or pipelines you have built - Confirmation you are comfortable implementing systems created by another strategist - Your monthly retainer expectation - Your weekly availability - Your time zone
