HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro Expert: Email Workflows, Automation, and Reporting (CASL-compliant)

We are a Canadian direct response and direct mail company building out our marketing function on HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro. We need an experienced HubSpot expert to architect and build our email automation program from the ground up, plus stand up native reporting so we can measure what is working. This is a build engagement, not a "send a few emails" task. You should be comfortable living in the Workflows tool, not just the email editor. What you will build: A multi-track email program covering speed-to-lead, lead nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, customer communication, and reactivation of cold leads Enrollment triggers, branching logic, and goal-based exits for each workflow Lifecycle stage automation and lead routing tied to our form fills and call tracking data Native custom reports and dashboards for email performance, funnel stage conversion, and lead source attribution Hard requirement: CASL. We operate in Canada. You must understand Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, including the difference between express and implied consent, consent expiry, and how to track and enforce all of this inside HubSpot. We have a customer re-permission flow that has to be built correctly. If your email compliance experience is US and CAN-SPAM only, this is not the right fit. Nice to have (bonus, not required): Multi-touch attribution and closed-loop revenue reporting experience Experience connecting HubSpot to an ERP or external system of record for revenue data
