HubSpot Presales Solutions Architect Location: Remote - Open globally Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time Engagement: Full-time independent contractor Compensation: $3,000 USD per month Language: Fluent English required Application deadline: Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, HubSpot-focused Presales Solutions Architect to join our team at the intersection of sales, technology, and client strategy. You’ll play a critical role in helping prospective clients understand what’s possible with HubSpot. From leading technical discovery and designing tailored solutions to validating project scope and supporting implementation handoffs, you’ll help us win the right business and set every new client up for success. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong HubSpot expertise with commercial awareness, confident communication, and a practical understanding of how solutions are implemented. Key Responsibilities -Lead prospect discovery calls and technical sales conversations -Design and present tailored HubSpot solutions and demonstrations -Recommend the appropriate HubSpot hubs, tiers, and services Translate business requirements into accurate scopes and estimates -Review proposals and statements of work for technical accuracy and feasibility -Identify risks and challenge assumptions before commitments are made -Coordinate a clear, well-documented handoff from sales to delivery -Support technical planning during the early stages of client onboarding What You Bring -Proven experience in HubSpot presales, solutions architecture, or senior consulting -Strong knowledge of CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub -Experience leading discovery, demonstrations, and solution presentations -Strong project-scoping and estimation skills -The ability to explain complex solutions in clear business terms -Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders -Excellent written and spoken English -Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours -HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred What Success Looks Like Prospects understand and trust the recommended solution, project scopes are accurate and deliverable, and the delivery team receives everything needed for a successful implementation.
