HubSpot RevOps Architect (Sales And Customer Success) ABOUT THE ROLE We are a multi-brand startup that runs on HubSpot and moves fast across sales and customer success. We need a contractor who can build our systems from the ground up, not simply maintain them. This is an ongoing contract that starts at roughly 20 hours per week, with room to scale as you prove out. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. You will architect our sales framework in HubSpot, including the pipelines, the automations, and the reporting. 2. You will architect our customer success framework in HubSpot, including health tracking, lifecycle stages, and retention workflows. 3. You will join leadership calls, capture a live punch list of active needs, and drive every item through to completion. WHAT YOU MUST BRING 1. You are a proven expert at building both the sales and the customer success frameworks in HubSpot from scratch. 2. You bring a strong revenue operations background that spans the full funnel. 3. You are genuinely fluent with AI tools and apply them inside a RevOps function. 4. You are comfortable working in a stack that includes HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack. HOW WE WORK 1. We are direct and fast, and we expect you to be proactive without any hand-holding. 2. You communicate clearly in writing and on calls, because you will be in the room with senior leaders. 3. You have solid daily overlap with United States Eastern Time. HOW TO APPLY 1. You will start your proposal with the word ARCHITECT so we know you read the full post. 2. You will describe one sales framework and one customer success framework you built in HubSpot, along with the results that each one drove.
