HubSpot Sales Operations Specialist – Build Email Templates & Sequences (Best Choice)

I'm looking for an experienced HubSpot Sales Hub specialist to help organize and implement our sales email system inside HubSpot. This is NOT a copywriting project. All of the email content has already been written in a Google Doc. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer that content into HubSpot using best practices. The project includes: Creating approximately 50+ Message Templates Building 8–10 HubSpot Sequences Formatting emails for a clean, professional appearance Adding HubSpot personalization tokens (First Name, Company Name, etc.) Uploading and attaching PDFs, documents, and other resources where appropriate Organizing templates and sequences into logical folders Naming all templates and sequences consistently Setting sequence delays and enrollment settings Testing everything to ensure formatting, links, personalization, and attachments work correctly The sequence content is already outlined in a Google document and includes: Demo/Audit Follow-Up Consultation Preparation Post-Consultation Follow-Up New Partner Onboarding Mid-Semester Check-Ins Annual Renewal Referral & Advocacy Future Opportunity Follow-Up Requirements Previous experience with HubSpot Sales Hub Experience creating Message Templates and Sequences Strong attention to detail Excellent English Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when needed When applying, please include: A brief description of your HubSpot experience.
