HubSpot Service Hub Technical Consultant

Summary

I run a post-sales consulting firm (Infinite Renewals) that works primarily with PE-backed SaaS companies. We're a HubSpot Solutions Partner specializing in Service Hub, and we've built a repeatable framework around customer success operations that we implement across clients. The work is moving fast and I need a technical resource who can keep up. What the work actually looks like We handle the full Service Hub configuration for our clients - that's our delivery model. The technical work on your end is the layer above that: workflow logic, agent builds, and increasingly the architecture decisions around where an agent should live and how it should get its data. The agent work is the growing edge. Clients are asking for Breeze Studio agents built on top of their HubSpot data - risk intervention, QBR prep, renewal nudges, executive summaries. I need someone who knows what's generally available in Breeze today versus what's still in beta, and can build accordingly without me explaining the landscape every time. The more complex builds involve data that lives outside HubSpot and can't be reached through HubSpot's external API calls. Those agents need to be deployed in a standard CI/CD architecture rather than natively in Breeze. You need to be comfortable operating in both environments and knowing which one the situation calls for. Hard requirements You have built Breeze Studio agents in production, for real clients, not in a sandbox. If you haven't done this in the last six months, this probably isn't the right fit. You understand where HubSpot marketing automation workflows can conflict with Service Hub configuration and agent triggers. You've seen something break because of enrollment criteria or lifecycle stage logic and you know how to get ahead of it. You're current on where HubSpot is headed with external API calls from agents, because that capability is coming and we're building for it now. You can operate in a CI/CD deployment model when the agent needs to run outside HubSpot. This isn't about writing code from scratch - it's about understanding the architecture and executing cleanly within it. The client-facing piece We have multiple clients we're actively scoping and building agents for on a monthly basis. Occasionally you'll be on a call with a client or their technical stakeholders, and I need you to be able to represent the work accurately without me running point the entire time. When a client's IT person asks a technical question, you answer it directly. We don't want to hound you and track you down. We want you to be available via Slack to answer questions and not wait 24 to 48 hours to get those back. You'll be able to translate a customer's business requirements into technical requirements without over-complicating it and asking follow-up questions. To apply Tell me about a Breeze agent you built in production. What was the trigger, what data did it read, what did it write or send, and where did it live? If you've worked on an agent deployment outside of HubSpot, describe that architecture briefly. Skip the certifications list - I want to know what you actually built. Absolutely no agencies will be accepted.
