HubSpot Solutions Architect

ATAK Interactive is in need of an experienced HubSpot strategist + solutions architect to help us carry the load while we have a slew of new projects coming in. This is overflow support, not a junior seat. You will be working alongside our team on live client engagements, so you need to be someone we can point at a problem and trust to solve it without a lot of hand-holding. What you'll be doing: - Supporting active HubSpot implementations across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub - Building out workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting - Data cleanup, migration support, and integration work (Salesforce and other systems come up often) - Translating client goals into HubSpot architecture that actually drives revenue, not just activity - Documenting your work clearly so our team can pick it up What we need from you: - Real, demonstrable HubSpot experience (implementations you can speak to, not just certifications on a wall) - Comfort working independently inside client portals with minimal supervision - Strong RevOps instincts. You understand why the config matters, not just how to click through it - Clear communication and reliable turnaround. We move fast and we hate chasing people Bonus: Salesforce integration experience, Breeze AI familiarity, or agency-side background
