Summary

We're looking for a HubSpot specialist to own workflow automation, data migration, and data governance. You'll design operational workflows (approvals, stage gates, task queues), migrate data from legacy systems with reconciliation, and act as our HubSpot Data Custodian (data dictionary, quality dashboards, change control). Must have strong HubSpot admin experience, proven migration skills, and ability to document clearly. SQL/Python, iPaaS tools, or legal/medical ops experience is a plus. Please share your HubSpot experience and describe one data migration you've reconciled end-to-end.
