Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Hubspot Execution contractor to support digital marketing operations for investments & wealth institute. This engagement is someone who can work independently, move quickly, and take ownership of execution across marketing platforms and integrations. We are looking for Hubspot support for ~5 hours/week. What You'll Own: Automation Build & Optimization: Audit existing HubSpot workflows and program setup, identify inefficiencies, and build or rebuild automation to support IWI's nurture and lifecycle strategy. Email Marketing: Implement and maintain responsive email templates aligned with IWI brand guidelines, optimized for performance across devices and clients. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and design to continuously improve results. Lead Nurture Campaigns: Build and launch nurture campaigns for key audience segments, including personalized streams designed to improve engagement and move contacts down the funnel. Performance Dashboarding: Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards that visualize campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and attribution to give IWI's leadership a clear, ongoing view of marketing impact. Data Management & Hygiene: Implement processes and best practices for ongoing data cleanliness, compliance, and list integrity within HubSpot. Quality Assurance: Execute thorough QA for all automation programs, validating triggers, flows, email rendering, segmentation accuracy, and data consistency prior to launch.
