Human editor for Japanese tea brand journal article

Hanacha is an Australian brand preparing a curated selection of Japanese matcha, tea and sweets. Two detailed journal article drafts have already been researched and written. I am looking for an experienced human editor and writer to refine them into polished, engaging editorial pieces with a natural and distinctive Hanacha voice. The tone should feel elegant, warm, restrained and knowledgeable — never overly promotional, flowery, corporate or generic. The drafts should be treated as strong research foundations rather than simply passed through another AI rewriting tool. Relevant experience in tea, coffee, food, Japanese culture, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brands is preferred. The project will begin with one paid article as a trial.
