Hunter(Sales Representative)

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Hunter to join our sales team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing new clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts. If you're confident in starting conversations, building relationships, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities • Prospect new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, and digital outreach. • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects. • Present the company's products and services to potential clients. • Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines and close new business. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM. • Follow the company's sales process and approved sales scripts. • Meet or exceed weekly sales and revenue targets. • Handover newly acquired clients to the Account Manager when required. Requirements • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Confidence speaking with prospective customers. • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage your pipeline and work independently. • Experience using a CRM is an advantage.
