Hybrid Blog Solution Coordinator (Remote)

Virteom is a digital marketing and content production agency that helps businesses grow through professional video content, written content, SEO, social media, and website marketing. We are looking for a highly organized Content Production Coordinator to manage our Hybrid Blog Solution program. This role combines client communication, project management, content coordination, and workflow oversight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working with software tools, and capable of keeping multiple client projects moving simultaneously. Position Overview As our Hybrid Blog Solution Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire content production lifecycle from topic generation through final publishing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, editors, and our internal team while ensuring all content moves through the production pipeline on schedule. This is a process-driven role requiring strong communication, organization, follow-up, and project management skills. Responsibilities Client Communication & Scheduling Generate video topic ideas using our internal tools and processes Create and send topic recommendations to clients Coordinate video shoot scheduling Follow up with clients to ensure shoots are booked and completed Answer client questions regarding video topics, content strategy, and production timelines Maintain consistent communication throughout the content creation process Production Workflow Management Monitor incoming video shoots and production assets Track newly processed video files arriving on our NAS storage system Assign editing projects to video editors Ensure editors meet required turnaround times (7-day deadline) Follow up with editors regarding overdue projects Maintain production schedules across multiple clients Quality Control & Asset Management Verify editors upload all completed deliverables Ensure all source files, project files, graphics, and assets are properly returned Confirm videos meet internal quality standards before client review Maintain organized file structures and project records Client Review Management Upload completed videos to Frame.io Upload accompanying written content PDFs Send review requests to clients Track approval status Coordinate revision requests between clients and editors Ensure requested changes are completed accurately and on time Content Publishing Coordination Once content is approved: Upload videos to YouTube using our publishing tools Add videos to client websites using our website publishing tools Schedule social media content through our social media management platform Verify content is published correctly Update project and client statuses within our systems Project Tracking Maintain accurate project statuses for all clients Track production timelines Identify bottlenecks and delays Provide regular updates to management Ensure no content projects fall behind schedule Required Skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously Experience working with remote teams Comfortable learning new software platforms Strong attention to detail Ability to follow documented processes and workflows Professional client communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Experience Digital marketing agency experience Content marketing experience Video production workflow experience Frame.io experience Social media scheduling tools YouTube publishing experience Website content management systems (WordPress preferred) Client success or account management experience Success Metrics Client shoots scheduled on time Editors meeting 7-day turnaround requirements Content approvals completed efficiently Publishing deadlines consistently met Accurate project tracking and reporting High client satisfaction Minimal production bottlenecks Work Environment Fully remote position Flexible working hours with required responsiveness during business hours Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Training provided on internal tools and processes To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your project management experience Any agency, content marketing, or video production experience Examples of tools you have used for project coordination Your availability and weekly hours Why you believe you would be successful managing multiple content projects simultaneously We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of owning a complex workflow from start to finish while providing excellent communication to both clients and team members.
