About Hybrid Payroll Hybrid Payroll is a fast-growing, nationwide outsourced payroll and HR management company operating on the iSolved HCM platform. We serve small and mid-sized businesses across all industries — including the cannabis sector — and are actively expanding our client base. We're looking for seasoned SDR/BDR professionals to help us book qualified meetings with decision makers at SMBs nationwide. What You'll Do - Prospect and identify decision makers at small to mid-sized businesses (target: 25+ employees) - Execute multi-channel outreach including cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and any creative channels you bring to the table - Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile (details provided) - Book qualified discovery calls and demos directly into our sales calendar - Work within HubSpot CRM — logging activity, updating contacts, tracking pipeline - Collaborate on email sequences and outreach messaging (existing sequences provided, but we welcome your input) Ideal Client Profile (Who You're Targeting) - Business size: Small to mid-sized businesses, sweet spot is 25–150 employees - Industries: General SMB across all sectors + cannabis industry businesses - Decision makers: CEO, Owner, CFO, Controller, Head of HR, Head of Accounting — whoever owns the payroll and HR software purchasing decision - Geography: Nationwide (U.S.) - Current situation: Currently using a payroll provider (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Wurk, etc.) and open to switching, OR early-stage businesses with employees that haven't yet set up payroll Who You Are - Seasoned B2B SDR/BDR with a proven track record of booking qualified meetings — not just sending emails - Fluent in English — written and spoken, C2 level. All outreach is in English and represents our brand - Self-sufficient — you have your own tools, sources, and systems. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent is a strong plus. We'll provide lead lists but the best candidates come with their own sourcing capabilities - Payroll, HRIS, or HCM experience is a major plus — if you've sold payroll or HR software before, you go to the top of the list - B2B SaaS or financial services SDR background is also highly relevant - Creative, persistent, and results-driven — you know that outreach is a numbers game but quality matters too - Comfortable working independently and reporting on activity and results What We Provide - HubSpot CRM access - Existing email sequences (with room to collaborate and improve) - Lead lists and contact data to supplement your own sourcing - Clear Ideal Client Profile and qualification criteria - Responsive sales leadership — you won't be left in the dark Compensation - Hourly rate — competitive, based on experience (please include your rate in your proposal) - Bonus per qualified meeting booked — paid on qualified demos/discovery calls that meet our criteria - Strong performers may be offered increased hours and ongoing long-term engagement - We are open to hiring multiple SDRs based on results and fit To Apply — Please Answer These Questions in Your Proposal 1.
