We have developed an indicative design in-house. Full documentation — including a detailed design specification, scope of works, and survey plans — will be released to shortlisted candidates prior to engagement. Scope of Work Phase 1 — Design Review, Optimisation & BOQ (3 days) Independent review and optimisation of our indicative hybrid water system design for compliance with AS/NZS 3500.1 and all applicable Australian standards Design of the property irrigation system (bore-fed, non-potable) Identification of any design deficiencies and recommended enhancements Revised Bill of Quantities reflecting the confirmed design Phase 2 — Full Construction Drawing Package (7 days from brief confirmation) Full CAD drawing package — system schematic/P&ID, site layout, pipework plans and sections, equipment arrangement, bore headworks, irrigation layout, and connection details Drawing register delivered in DWG + PDF format System Summary The project involves two independent water supply streams at a large residential property serving a main dwelling and a granny flat: Potable supply — rainwater harvesting (590m² catchment) feeding a 45,000L underground concrete tank with HDPE liner, mains top-up backup, commercial UV treatment, and copper distribution pipework. Non-potable bore — bore pump with two-stage mechanical filtration supplying a DN 50 PVC irrigation main (high iron — bore for irrigation use only) Requirements Hydraulic engineer - MUST be experienced in this field. Demonstrated experience in residential hydraulic design, rainwater systems, and irrigation Proficiency in AS/NZS 3500.1:2021 and AS/NZS 4020 AutoCAD or Revit proficiency — construction-grade drawings required
