Processing, stitching, and refining AI-generated video assets to create seamless, hyper-realistic narratives. What You Need to Have (Non-Negotiable): AI Video Proficiency: You must have hands-on experience working with advanced AI video generation models (like Kling, Google Veo, Runway, etc.). You know how to manipulate, upscale, and integrate AI assets naturally without them looking artificial. Proof of Performance: Prior experience editing video ads. You must have a portfolio of direct-response or UGC ads. (Please do not send traditional filmmaking reels, music videos, or wedding montages). Pacing Mastery: You deeply understand pattern interrupts and know exactly how to keep a viewer engaged second by second. Software Skills: Mastery of your preferred editing suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, or CapCut PC) and the ability to execute fast. Remote Readiness: Highly communicative, reliable, and capable of managing your own time without micromanagement.
