We are seeking an ICPAK-registered accountant in Kenya to conduct an independent audit of our financial statements for the period ending in 31 December 2025. Scope of engagement: - Review of internally prepared financial statements - Auditor's report signed by a registered CPA(K) - Delivery of audited accounts by 20 June Context: - Entity type: Company Limited by Guarantee (NGO) - Operations: Kenya - Accounts have been prepared by our accountant and are ready for your review - This is a relatively lean set of accounts — we are an early-stage nonprofit with 14 transactions
