ICT Trading Mentor & Course Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ICT (Inner Circle Trader) trader and educator to work directly with one of our affiliates. The objective is very specific: You will teach our affiliate ICT trading from absolute zero while simultaneously helping him build a complete online ICT trading course from beginner to advanced. This is NOT a general trading content-writing position. We need someone who genuinely understands ICT methodology, can trade/explain it properly, and most importantly can teach it in a structured and simple way. Your Role Our affiliate will start essentially from zero. Your job will be to personally train him step by step until he develops a strong understanding of ICT concepts and can confidently explain them himself. At the same time, you will help us transform the entire learning process into a structured online trading course. Think of it as: Learn → Practice → Understand → Structure → Teach You will therefore be both an ICT mentor and a course development specialist. ICT Knowledge Required You must have strong knowledge of ICT concepts, including: * Fair Value Gaps (FVG) * Inverse Fair Value Gaps (iFVG) * Order Blocks (OB) * Breaker Blocks * Mitigation Blocks * Liquidity * Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) * Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL) * Liquidity Sweeps / Raids * Market Structure * Market Structure Shifts (MSS) * Displacement * Change of Character / structural shifts * Premium & Discount * Equilibrium * Dealing Ranges * Previous Day High / Low * Previous Week High / Low * Session Highs & Lows * Kill Zones * London & New York Sessions * Optimal Trade Entry concepts * Multi-Timeframe Analysis * Entry Models * Stop-Loss Placement * Take-Profit Logic * Risk Management * Trade Management We don't necessarily need to include every ICT concept ever created. The objective is to determine which concepts actually matter, remove unnecessary complexity, and create a clear system that a beginner can realistically understand and apply. Phase 1 — Teach the Affiliate You will work directly with our affiliate through regular calls/sessions. You should assume that he has little to no trading knowledge. This means starting with the fundamentals before progressing into ICT. For example: Trading basics → Candlesticks → Market Structure → Liquidity → FVG → Order Blocks → Displacement → MSS → Sessions → Multi-Timeframe Analysis → Entry Models → Risk Management → Complete Trading Model. The exact progression will be developed together. You will use charts, real examples, TradingView, exercises, homework, backtesting and live market examples whenever appropriate. We don't want someone simply explaining definitions. The affiliate needs to actually understand why the concepts work, how to identify them on charts, and how they connect together. Phase 2 — Build the Online Course While teaching him, you will also help us create the course. Each important concept should eventually become a structured lesson or module. For example: Module — Fair Value Gaps The course shouldn't simply explain: "This is a Fair Value Gap." It should cover: * What is an FVG? * Why does an FVG form? * How do you identify one? * Bullish vs bearish FVG * When is an FVG relevant? * When should an FVG be ignored? * FVG + liquidity * FVG + displacement * FVG + market structure * Higher-timeframe vs lower-timeframe FVG * Entry examples * Failed examples * Common beginner mistakes * Chart exercises * Backtesting exercises We want this level of depth for the important concepts. The same applies to Order Blocks, liquidity, MSS, displacement, market structure and the final entry model. The End Goal At the end of the project, we want two things: 1. Our affiliate understands ICT trading properly and can confidently explain the methodology. 2. We have a complete, professionally structured online ICT trading course that takes someone from zero knowledge to understanding and executing a defined trading model. The course should NOT feel like a random collection of ICT videos. Every module should build on the previous one. By the end, students should understand how everything connects: Liquidity → Sweep → Displacement → MSS → FVG / OB → Entry → Risk Management → Target Who We're Looking For You should have: * Strong ICT trading knowledge * Real experience using FVGs and Order Blocks * Strong understanding of liquidity and market structure * Experience analyzing charts * Ability to explain complicated concepts simply * Strong communication skills * Patience teaching complete beginners * Ability to structure educational content * Ability to identify gaps in someone's understanding * Ability to provide exercises and practical chart examples Experience creating trading courses or educational content is a major advantage. Important We are not looking for someone to simply write scripts using ChatGPT. We need someone who genuinely understands ICT and can work directly with our affiliate over an extended period. You should be comfortable challenging him, testing his knowledge, giving him homework, reviewing his charts and making sure he actually understands each concept before moving forward.
