Hi there! Our fast-growing DTC, E-Commerce Performance Marketing Brand is looking for INDEPENDENT Freelancers to join our team! You will get paid a retainer + performance bonuses for ads that get a certain spend amount - to scale your personal goals infinitely! Requirements are that you are hungry to get to the next level, live and breath creative, have at least 3+ years work experience, and a portfolio to show off. IMPORTANT: Must have at least 5 ads that spent over 50k independently. Please share those in your proposal. Looking forward to meet you!
