IOS Software developer -Healthcare

About the role We're delivering a consumer health application that requires a native iOS app, with an App Store submission targeted for November 30. You'll own the iOS build end-to-end and work closely with our backend and DevOps teams to integrate health data and biomarker features. What you'll do Build, test, and ship a production-grade native iOS application from current state through App Store submission and beyond. Integrate Apple health frameworks (HealthKit) and handle sensitive health data responsibly and compliantly. Work in parallel with the web/backend streams to hit an accelerated client deadline. Collaborate with the BA/PM on a fixed requirements baseline and flag scope or feasibility issues early. Maintain quality and testing discipline — no shortcuts on a healthcare product. What we're looking for Proven native iOS development experience (Swift) with at least one app you have personally shipped to the App Store and run in production — this is a hard requirement. Healthcare or health-data app experience, ideally including HealthKit and the privacy/compliance considerations that come with health data. Ability to work to a firm deadline within a small, fast-moving team. Comfort operating without heavy hand-holding; you can own your stream. AI/ML integration exposure is a plus. Logistics Full-time, fully remote. Timeline-driven: The iOS path has been accelerated at the client's request, so availability to start in the near term matters.
