IOT developer

Develop and deploy IoT solutions for HVAC and facility equipment Integrate sensors, gateways, controllers, and edge devices Connect and manage data from Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, OPC-UA, and REST APIs Build device communication and telemetry pipelines Work with cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable predictive maintenance models Support pilot deployments and field testing Requirement 2–5 years of experience in IoT development Strong understanding of MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, RS485, and TCP/IP protocols Experience with ESP32, Raspberry Pi, industrial gateways, or edge devices Knowledge of Python, Node.js, or embedded C/C++ Experience with cloud platforms and databases Understanding of HVAC, building automation, or industrial systems is a strong advantage Preferred Skills Building Management Systems (BMS) Energy monitoring systems Edge computing Time-series databases AI/ML integration for IoT applications
