IPTV Ecosystem Developer: Web/App UI & Multi-Server XUI One Routing Optimization

We are seeking an experienced IPTV developer to finalize and launch our premium streaming platform. The backend infrastructure is already actively deployed, and we need a skilled professional to handle integration, multi-server pathing optimization, frontend development, and custom app customization. Our Current Architecture (Already Built & Online): Main Core: XUI One is fully installed and active on a high-performance server in Singapore. Local Infrastructure (Australia): A dedicated VPS in Sydney running the Web TV platform alongside a dedicated Reverse Proxy to handle local routing, maximize speeds, and prevent buffering for regional traffic. Billing & Automation: FOSSBilling is active and directly linked via API to the Strong 8K backend system. Playlists: Fully organized and managed using IPTV Editor. Scope of Work: Multi-Server Routing & Reverse Proxy Optimization: Review and fine-tune the connection pipeline between the Singapore XUI One core and the Sydney Reverse Proxy. Ensure optimal traffic flow, cache settings, and TLS termination so local users hit the Sydney endpoint seamlessly without buffering. Web TV & Reseller Frontends: Finalize and polish the custom Web TV interface running on the Sydney VPS. Ensure the user billing panel and reseller dashboard within FOSSBilling display clean, localized data via the API hooks. Main Website Development: Design and launch a sleek, modern, conversion-optimized public website for subscribers and resellers that handles registrations and payments directly through our FOSSBilling setup. Custom Branded Android App: Customize a high-quality, branded Android app (APK for Mobile/Android TV/Firestick). The app must have hardcoded API/DNS pathways pointing to our Sydney reverse proxy node and include optimized hardware decoding support for heavy 4K/8K stream rendering. Requirements: Proven, verifiable experience working with XUI One architectures, load-balancing, and reverse proxies. Strong mastery of FOSSBilling configurations and API customization. Experience editing, hardening, and compiling native Android IPTV applications (XCIPTV, Smarters clones, or similar frameworks). Deep understanding of network layers, low-latency streaming optimization, and API tokenization security. Strict Project Rules: This job will be conducted strictly on Upwork.
