ISO 9001 Consultant – Develop Operation System - Odoo

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced ISO 9001 consultant to help a powder coating company develop a complete Quality Management System (QMS) in preparation for ISO 9001 certification. We are looking for someone who can learn how our business operates, and develop the procedures, documentation, and process framework necessary to meet ISO 9001 requirements. This is not simply a documentation project—we are looking for a consultant who can help us design an efficient, scalable operational system that reflects how our company actually works while aligning with ISO 9001 standards. Also, Odoo experience is a major plus. After mapping the operations, we need to make it happen within our Odoo system. About Us We are a powder coating company providing finishing services to a variety of manufacturing industries. Our goal is to build a well-documented, scalable operation that supports consistent quality, operational efficiency, and successful ISO 9001 certification. Scope of Work The selected consultant will: Learn and understand our current business operations. Identify gaps between our current operations and ISO 9001 requirements. Develop a complete Quality Management System. Create process maps and workflow documentation. Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Develop quality policies and objectives. Create required ISO forms, records, and templates. Recommend improvements to streamline operations while maintaining compliance. Help prepare us for ISO certification. Deliverables We expect documentation including, but not limited to: Quality Manual Process Maps Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions Forms and Templates Document Control Procedures Corrective Action Process Risk and Opportunity Management Process Internal Audit Procedures Management Review Process Training Documentation KPI and Performance Measurement Recommendations Ideal Candidate Extensive ISO 9001 consulting experience Experience helping companies achieve ISO 9001 certification Strong process mapping and documentation skills Manufacturing or industrial operations experience preferred Excellent written English Ability to simplify complex operational processes Experience working with powder coating, metal finishing, machining, fabrication, or manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
