The goal is to identify homeowners likely impacted by power outages and severe weather so we can prioritize marketing and outreach efforts. Phase 1 involves analyzing data to pinpoint affected areas. Critical element is to webscrape and extract the affected population using Comeds outage website. We are seeking freelancers with expertise in web scraping, data enrichment, and database building to help us achieve this objective.
