Ikea kitchen designer

I am ready to redecorate my kitchen using Ikea furniture (no appliances or accessories). Right now, it has old furniture installed that I will get rid of. I want something clean, minimalist, modern almost dental clinic like. So I chose Ikea's Voxtorp series in matt white. I already have a render from an Ikea technician that is OK-ish but I want to hear a second opinion from a true specialist, highly familiar with the Ikea Metod system. I mostly want somebody to tell me "this piece should go over there, and not there because.." or "if you place that there you won't be able to open that door.." or other gotchas that only people who installed and worked with these know. Maybe do a live video session together just like the ones Ikea do? Or simply draft several plans that I can choose from? I can provide floor plans with accurate dimensions, the current render or acces to my Ikea account or whatever. Thanks.
