Illustration set for tech company retreat

[ Overview ] We're looking for a freelance illustrator to create a custom illustration set for our upcoming company (Directus) all-hands retreat in Cancún, Mexico in October. --- [ What We're Looking For ] We'd love to collaborate on the visual approach with the illustration. The art direction is still open air, but we're interested in somethings that feels: - playful & energetic - colorful (since we're going to a tropical location in Cancún, Mexico) - able to incorporate Cancún / Mexico-inspired elements without feeling cliché but more about the local culture and the people with some elements of our company and retreat activity - cohesive enough that it can work across multiple applications (from digital to print assets) --- [ Potential Deliverables ] 1x main illustration (that we can use for things like the back of our sweatshirts and also main social media graphic) A few smaller illustration elements (can be pulled from the main illustration to be used as stickers) Illustrated elements that can be turned into a pattern/composition (to be used on printed items like bandanas, book covers, "Hawaiian" t-shirts) --- [ Timeline ] We are hoping to have the illustrations completed within 2 weeks in preparation for the print production.
