Illustrator / Graphic Designer Needed – Vintage Automotive T-Shirt Designs

We’re looking for a talented illustrator and graphic designer to create a collection of vintage-inspired automotive T-shirt designs for a Los Angeles dealership group. The goal is to create merchandise that feels like something people would genuinely want to wear — not traditional dealership merch. Think vintage motorsport, LA car culture, café culture, race weekends, workshops, garages, and classic automotive lifestyle. We’re especially interested in concepts inspired by: Los Angeles automotive and car culture Vintage motorsport and racing Race tracks and race-day culture Garage / workshop aesthetics Cars + café culture Downtown Los Angeles architecture, streets, signage, and recognizable visual elements Retro automotive advertising and typography Large statement graphics for the back of T-shirts Smaller complementary front/chest graphics The visual direction should feel nostalgic, collectible, elevated, and cool — somewhere between vintage automotive merchandise and modern streetwear. We want an illustrator who can bring their own creative perspective to the project. We’ll provide overall direction, references, vehicle imagery, and dealership context, but we’re looking for someone who can take those elements and turn them into original concepts.
