Illustrator Needed to Redraw Characters as Vector Artwork

Hello, I'm looking for an illustrator who can redraw 10 simple characters as clean vector illustrations. The characters are currently created in Photoshop with black outlines and flat colors. I need them recreated in Adobe Illustrator, with linework and colors organized on separate layers. Additonally I would need the final PSD files for each character. I have a budget of $80 ($8 per character) A sample characters are attached for reference. Please send examples of character illustrations similar in style to the attached sample. Mac
