Illustrator Needed for Snow Globe designs

We are looking for an illustrator to join our team on a Freelance basis. We need assistance with the creation of designs for different snow globes/magnets. These should be a REALISTIC illustrations NO CARTOONS. The snow globes/magnets may have different themes, these could feature animals, cities, etc. We will provide with reference images for the snow globes on our collection and images for the poses or elements we are looking to include in the designs. Required skills: Submitting illustrations and drawings based on the reference images provided. Creative ability to develop designs within given time frames. Good knowledge of Illustration- related software-Illustrator, photoshop Ability to execute designs based on direction and inspiration given. Excellent art illustration abilities. This project will consist of two stages: - First stage ($75- stage budget) We will provide reference images and detailed instructions for the snow globes. You will provide 3 B&W sketches for the snow globe design from which we will select one, with the option to make revisions as needed. We will need to see the final front sketch (color) with revisions before proceeding onto the second stage. - Second stage ($100- stage budget) We will request complete sketches for the snow globe design, front, back and side views. NEEDS to be illustrator/photoshop file. Drawings and illustration specs: Nature, animals, cities, and other themes. Front, back, left and right sides. Needs to be original artwork by the artist (not stock art) Please note, this is an ongoing project, our collection is growing and we have multiple project opportunities.
