As our company continues to grow, we’re looking to redesign our Employee Handbook from the ground up into something that is modern, engaging, and easy to read—not just a standard policy document. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with experience in designing and formatting employee handbooks, company manuals, or similar corporate documents. You’ll help us: * Design a modern, employee handbook with consistent branding. * Make policies easy to understand through thoughtful formatting and presentation. * Ensure the handbook feels welcoming and engaging while maintaining professionalism. * Work collaboratively with us to refine the overall look and feel. The written content will mostly be provided by us. We want to avoid boredom in our Handbook, we want it to be eye-catching so that employee's read.
