Illustrator for an animated educational series

Hello. I'm working on an animated educational YouTube series about food science — short, character-driven episodes that explain how food works in a fun, visual way. I already have the scripts and storyboards. What I'm looking for is an illustrator to turn my storyboards into finished, illustrated scenes — the characters, backgrounds, and key visuals — which will then be handed to an animator to bring to life. A bit about what I need: Input from me: storyboards ( notes for each scene) and the script. Output from you: polished illustrated scenes based on those storyboards, plus the recurring character(s) designed in a consistent style. Important — animation-ready files: the artwork needs to be built in layers with separated elements (e.g. character limbs, mouth, eyes, background, foreground on their own layers), so it can be rigged and animated afterward. Source files (Illustrator/Photoshop/Procreate, layered) would be delivered to me.
