We are seeking a creative freelancer to transform a static image into a dynamic animation. The animation should be 20-30 seconds long and may include a voiceover. We are open to any style or approach, allowing the freelancer to bring their unique vision to the project. The ideal candidate will have experience in animation and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Use of AI is permitted as long as you can keep the slop out. The texts / time script will be given on job acceptence
