We are looking for a killer. You will work directly alongside two experienced performance marketers. That means you need to already speak the language — avatars, sub-avatars, micro angles, hooks, ad psychology, visual hierarchy. We will not teach you the basics. We will not explain what a hook is. What You'll Do * Design high-converting image ads for Meta — single images, carousels, and comparison creatives * Receive a micro angle, hook, and avatar — and translate that into a visual concept independently with zero hand-holding * Build creatives with strong visual hierarchy — hook first, proof second, CTA last * Generate and composite realistic people into scenes using AI — lighting matched, skin tone consistent, indistinguishable from real photography * Combine product shots, lifestyle imagery, AI-generated visuals, and text overlays into clean conversion-focused creatives * Edit and enhance product images — compositing, scene-building, background replacement * Deliver multiple creative variations per angle for split testing * Iterate based on performance data — not feelings, not aesthetics, not opinions What We're Looking For * Strong Photoshop skills — compositing, lighting, retouching, scene-building * Deep understanding of performance marketing — avatars, sub-avatars, micro angles, hooks, buyer psychology, ad structure * Proven experience creating image creatives that actually ran on Meta paid traffic and performed * Knows the difference between a scroll-stopping hook and a headline that gets ignored * Advanced AI tooling — not basic prompting. You generate realistic people, match lighting and skin tone, and produce visuals indistinguishable from real photography.
