Image Retoucher/Finisher for Jewellery

We are looking for a skilled image retoucher for ongoing, flexible work. We need someone with the eye and technical skill to finish and correct high-end images. This is not high-volume production work. It is precise finishing and correction: the difference between an image that looks "almost right" and one that looks genuinely premium. What you'll be doing - Retouching and finishing images - correcting skin, fixing details, refining lighting and tone. - Correcting fine product detail on jewellery such as clasps, settings, surfaces - Harmonising images so they sit together as a cohesive set: matching backgrounds, lighting, and colour across assets from different sources. - Preparing final files to spec (dimensions, ratios, file size). What we're looking for - Strong, demonstrable retouching skill — your portfolio should show high-end work, ideally in jewellery, watches, beauty, or luxury product. - A genuine eye for detail. You notice the things that make an image look "off" and you know how to fix them. - Comfort working with generated imagery and its specific challenges. - Expert Photoshop skills. - Reliability and clear communication. We work through structured briefs and need someone responsive and consistent. - Attention to brand consistency — once you understand our look, we need you to hold it.
