AI Image Specialist & Ad Creative Researcher (Beauty E-Commerce)

We are a growing e-commerce brand in the beauty niche. We are looking for an experienced and highly resourceful AI Image Specialist to join our team full-time. Your primary mission will be to research winning ad creatives in our market, analyze them, and use advanced AI tools to generate 10-20 high-quality, conversion-focused image ads per day. By the end of each week, you will provide us with organized folders full of fresh, tested-ready image ads for our media buying team. Note: All necessary premium AI tools and software accounts will be fully supplied by us. What You Will Do (The Workflow) Your daily responsibilities will follow a clear, structured process: 1. Research & Sourcing: Browse platforms like the Facebook Ad Library, Atria, and other ad spy tools to find top-performing image ads in the beauty and e-commerce space. 2. Analysis: Input the winning ad creatives into AI models like Claude or ChatGPT to deeply analyze their composition, visual hooks, lighting, and overall aesthetic. 3. Prompt Engineering: Extract the core concepts and develop highly specific, "Nano Banana" one-shot prompts tailored to our brand’s visual identity. 4. Image Generation: Use Higgs Field (or similar provided AI generation tools) to bring these prompts to life, creating stunning, photorealistic, and native-looking image ads. 5. Organization: Curate, organize, and upload the generated images into weekly folders for our testing pipeline. You are expected to produce 10-20 unique, high-quality images daily. What We Are Looking For • Proven AI Experience: You must be highly proficient in using AI image generation tools (e.g., Higgs Field, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) and AI analysis tools (Claude, ChatGPT). • Prompt Engineering Skills: You know how to write precise, effective prompts (including one-shot prompting) to get exactly the image you want without the "generic AI" look. • Eye for Marketing & Aesthetics: You understand what makes a beauty ad stop the scroll. You know the difference between a pretty picture and an image that actually sells. • Research Skills: You are comfortable navigating ad libraries and spy tools to reverse-engineer successful marketing campaigns. • Reliability & Output: You can consistently deliver 10-20 high-quality images per day while maintaining a high standard of work. How Things Will Work • This is a full-time, remote position. • We will provide access to all the AI tools, software, and platforms you need to succeed. • You will work independently but report daily, delivering your batch of generated images into our shared drive. • We value quality, consistency, and a proactive approach to finding new, winning angles.
