Image-to-Vector Conversion – Machine Learning AI Model

***INTRO*** I have been running an online vectorization service for around 10 years. During that time, I have accumulated gigabytes of training data. Basically, I have low-quality raster input images paired with high-quality, manually vectorized outputs. Someone mentioned that this kind of dataset could be very valuable for machine learning. This could help create a high-quality vectorization app that would sell very well. ***APP DEVELOPMENT*** I’m not sure if AI can build a vectorization app from scratch, but there are some decent free open-source vectorization apps available (POTRACE, VTRACER). AI could take them to the next level, significantly increasing the value of software like that. I'm not sure if AI machine learning can be incorporated into existing apps. ***AI MODEL*** I still do vectorization, so the AI model could continue learning from me. ***MARKETING*** 1. I have an email database of thousands of people and companies that have previously been interested in vectorization (A lot of them were/are paying customers) 2. I also do SEO and internet marketing, and I'm ready to invest in paid advertising. ***COOPERATION*** I am considering two pricing models. Let me know in your message which one would work best for you. 1. Either I would pay for the entire app development. 2. Or we could share the profits from future sales. The code of the developed app would stay on your server, and I would pay a monthly fee for API usage. Even in this case, I could pay an upfront bonus. I think it is a good investment because it can generate income without requiring to work. ***INFORMATION I WOULD LIKE TO GET*** 1. How would you handle this project? What approach would you take regarding the coding and AI/machine learning aspects? 2. Which payment model are you interested in? 3. How quickly could you create a usable vectorization app? 4. If you would like to choose the API option, what type of server do you have, and would you be able to run it efficiently 24/7 without long processing times?
