We have recently launched a new e-commerce website and are looking for experienced testers to help identify bugs before our post-launch warranty period expires. We are looking for testers from the following markets: * Denmark * Norway * Sweden * Finland * Germany * Netherlands * Global (English) **Important:** More than 80% of our customers use mobile devices, so mobile testing is our highest priority. As this website operates in multiple languages, we highly value native speakers who can identify translation, language and localization issues in addition to technical bugs. **When applying, please include:** * Country * Native language * Phone model(s) * Operating system version(s) * Browser(s) available * Whether you have access to a desktop/laptop * Previous QA or website testing experience **Testing scope** Please perform exploratory testing and report any issues you find within: * Homepage * Category pages * Product pages * Search * Filters * Cart * Checkout * Login / account creation * My Account * General navigation **Testing approach** Please focus primarily on your main device (mobile or desktop), but also perform a basic review of the most important flows on the other platform if available. As mobile accounts for more than 80% of our traffic, mobile testing should receive the majority of testing effort. The goal is not to follow a predefined test script, but to actively explore the website and identify as many issues as possible. **We are looking for:** * Functional bugs * Checkout and payment issues * Browser-specific issues * Mobile-specific issues * Device-specific issues * Broken links * Layout and UI issues * Validation errors * Unexpected behaviour * Translation and localization issues, including: * Missing translations * Text displayed in the wrong language * Spelling and grammar mistakes * Unnatural wording for native speakers * Incorrect currency, date or local market formatting **Bug reports should include:** * Clear reproduction steps * Screenshot and/or video * Device information * Browser information * Expected behaviour * Actual behaviour **Project details** * Fixed Price: $125 USD * Expected effort: Approximately 4–6 hours * Testing should be completed within 2–3 days of assignment **Priority** We are looking for testers who can start immediately.
