Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative Construction Parts Company - Looking for immediate hire! Compensation: $8–$12/hour base + commission for qualified appointments set Growth Path: Opportunity to advance into Outside Sales, Account Executive, or Business Development roles We are a fast-growing nationwide construction parts company supplying rubber tracks, undercarriage parts, and related equipment parts for skid steers, mini excavators, compact track loaders, and other heavy equipment. We help contractors, equipment owners, and construction businesses save money, reduce downtime, and get the right parts delivered quickly. We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters / SDRs to help contact potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule calls for our sales team. This is a great role for someone who is confident on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and wants to grow into a larger sales or business development position. Responsibilities - Call a provided list of leads and potential customers - Speak with business owners, operators, office managers, and equipment decision-makers - Get past gatekeepers and identify the right contact - Qualify prospects based on equipment type, current needs, and buying timeline - Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team - Accurately update lead notes, call outcomes, and next steps in the CRM - Schedule follow-up calls and consistently call leads back when promised - Maintain a professional, persistent, and helpful tone on every call - Work toward daily and weekly call, contact, and appointment-setting goals Requirements - Excellent spoken English and clear phone communication skills - Strong ability to stay organized and follow through - Experience making outbound calls, appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development - Experience getting past gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers - Experience using a CRM or sales tracking system - Comfortable making a high volume of calls - Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent - Strong attention to detail when logging notes and follow-up tasks Preferred Qualifications - Spoken Spanish ability is a strong plus - Experience selling to contractors, construction companies, equipment owners, mechanics, or blue-collar businesses - Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation - Familiarity with construction equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, or heavy equipment parts is helpful but not required What We’re Looking For The most important part of this role is follow-through and scheduling follow ups. We need someone who can professionally call, leave notes, schedule the next follow-up, and actually call the lead back at the right time. The right person is persistent without being pushy, confident without sounding scripted, and organized enough to manage a pipeline of leads without letting opportunities fall through the cracks. Compensation & Growth This role pays a base rate of $8–$12/hour, depending on experience, plus commission for qualified appointments set.
