Project Title: Immediate Setup: Wix + GoHighLevel Paid Calendar + Zapier + Docketwise Integration Project Scope: New Clients & Major Re-Consults: Require payment upfront before opening calendar booking slots. Existing Administrative Clients (Address Changes): Block calendar access and display a message prompting them to call our office directly. Connect GHL payment gateway (Stripe/Authorize.net or LawPay link) for upfront fee collection. Build a multi-step Zapier pipeline: Search Docketwise for existing client records (by email/phone); if not found, create a new Lead/Contact in Docketwise with booking notes. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with GoHighLevel Workflows, Zapier multi-step Zaps/Webhooks, and legal CRM data syncing.
